A German reality-TV soap opera evolving around various changing protagonists living their turbulent lives in the giant metro-pole of Berlin. It originally became famous for the surprisingly complex and well written story lines. While starting off it featured mainly young adults and bachelors, the long runtime of the series allowed for the young adults to become parents, divorce and experience new adventures later in life.
