Alice is Beautiful is an indepenent, no-budget short film, produced by Flamingo Universe Productions, directed by Alessandro Redaelli, and written by Marco Catanzaro and Alessandro Redaelli. The protagonist, a young man in his twenties, wakes up just before dinner and dresses for what seems to be a date with the love of his life, Alice. He pays devout attention for every detail and is willing to impress, but things take a surprising turn when he meets her. The atmospheric soundtrack was provided by one-man-band Caelestis; the photography, despite the movie having been made using a Canon 7D, means to visually recall the 70's indipendent movies.
