Roger is a young man whose social rejection in school has led him to confine himself to his room. He refuses to go back into the ugly world he once knew and instead creates his own world; a happy and safe world in his room befriending stuffed animals. Eventually this world takes Roger further down a path of desolation until he ultimately decides to become proactive and overcome his past. Food For Roger is a grainy, soft focused 16 mm color negative student film that takes us into the mind of a victim in order to see the daily effects of bullying.
