'Mr. Golden Hands' Eugen in Zurich, 1997, and his son, singer Roger in 2016 when the shooting process was already ongoing in Germany. Both were master of their trades, with their their deep musicality, their technique and impressive skills to improvise. His son Roger became one of Germany's best known singers. Father and son both had extraordinary music careers, both of which ended in similar tragedies. Their life stories were marked by genius coupled with passion, by surmounting obstacles, and by a balancing act between commercial success and artistic integrity.
