In the surreal streets of Paris, a mime recounts his story. Arthur's parents only communicate with him in mime and his rebellion against their lifestyle leads him on a journey to discover what is really important in life. As Arthur discovers that perhaps imagination is more beautiful than real life, will he face his destiny and stop Walking Against the Wind?
