On a quest to escape the prison that is her own mind, a young woman experiences an out of body trip that transcends everything she has thought or done before only to find herself again. MAELSTROM is a short film about awakening from sleep and breaking free from destructive conditioned thought-patterns in the human mind. The film takes us on a phantasmagorical trip trough the subconscious layers of the mind and reveals panoramas of the intangible.
