Two college buddies invent and sell a love potion cocktail to mend broken relationships and assist blossoming romances. However, their noble intentions are abused by those with more selfish and corrupt desires of the heart. Their own friendship and individual romances are challenged in the process, made worse when a secret branch of the government steps in to utilize the potion for covert operations.
